Charity Poker: Our next Charity Poker will be on May 9th – 12th. Several members, who always volunteer for several shifts, will be unavailable to volunteer for the May poker nights, leaving us very short. We need all members to volunteer for this session. Remember you are not playing poker, just working administrative roles. If we fail to get enough volunteers, Krazy Kops will not want to give us poker nights again. This is a significant fund raiser. Without it, we would have to struggle to get money for our various events. Elijah will send out a sign up genius to sign up for shifts next month. Elijah has also submitted our applications for the charity poker dates. 20th Annual South Lyon Area Creek Clean-up: KVCC will be a sponsor this event and after a lot of discussion, it was decided that the club will purchase Biggby Coffee and fruit or granola bars for people cleaning up. It was suggested that someone being a trash can for our tent area. Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce: The club joined the Brighton Chamber of Commerce. Paulina is one of the ambassadors. Joining the chamber has a lot of benefits to KVCC. For example, we can post our events of their calendar which provides added visibility.
